Alight opposite the railway station and catch a train to The Hawthorns there are 6 trains an hour to this station. Alight here and catch a tram in the direction of Wolverhampton, alight at Dartmouth Street. Head up the steps opposite turn left head down the road to the traffic lights and turn left into High Street walk down about 400m and the WHEATSHEAF is opposite on the right.

From the WHEATSHEAF head back to the metro station and catch a tram in the direction of Birmingham and alight at Kenrick Park head up the steps walk up to the road and head right follow the road round to the left at the T junction turn left and you can see the VINE opposite. This is a great pub for a curry, the food is excellent and you must see the indoor barbecue, spectacular, there is only 1 real ale on offer but it's usually good. A must if you like a good curry.

From the VINE head back to Kenrick Park, catch a tram to Birmingham Snow Hill. Alight here head out of the station, cross the road and head left up Colmore Row past the church and take the second left into Bennetts Hill and the WELLINGTON is 50m down on the left or if you fancy the BRAIR ROSE is another 200m futher on down the hill on the same side, this is a Wetherspoons.
